Performance Guarantee
The Golden Mantra of many Investigators is: “We are not paid for our results we are paid for our time.” For surveillance to be worthwhile, you need to see the claimant active to determine if they are functioning at a higher level than they report. You don’t obtain any answers if your client pays for 16 hours of surveillance with no claimant video.
With this in mind, Investigative Analytics offers a 2-part performance guarantee:
The first part of the guarantee is this: the authorized time doesn’t start until we verify the claimants’ presence at our location. This alleviates the investigator sitting all day at a location where the claimant wasn’t confirmed present.
The second and most valuable part of the guarantee is this: If we are unable to obtain any claimant video on the initial assignment, we will work it again, free of charge.
In other words, we give you Double the authorized time for the original cost to make sure you get an accurate depiction of the claimants’ activity level.
With this guarantee, you will get RESULTS for your clients, and cost justification each time surveillance through Investigative Analytics is used.
Is it possible that no video is obtained after working the case twice with authorization? Yes, but you will have insight into the claimant's prolonged inactivity over a substantial period.
